Dimensions & Drawings
Insulcover is a medium-voltage wrap-around line cover in non-tracking polyolefin, used in applications up to 66 kV. It retrofits insulation onto bare overhead conductors without conductor replacement or added line hardware, and is applied selectively on problem spans, in temperatures above 0°C.
Installed on energised lines using the Split Insulation Tool, which attaches directly to the conductor and stays in one location for the fit.
