Heat Shrink Joints for PVC/PILC/XLPE/EPR low and medium voltage power cable up to 66 kV Class, with design specification and quality upheld to the most stringent national and international standards.
CLASS 1 Terminations make the terminating length between the wire and its contact point tamper-proof against environmental factors — the entire encapsulated length is protected.

Screened Separable Connectors connect single- and three-core polymeric cable to switchgear, transformers and RMUs on type "C" bushings, 630A to 24 kV standard and 630/1250A to 36 kV in the extended range, in EPDM rubber with a touch-proof earthed outer screen.
GMW (medium wall) tube gives environmental protection to low voltage cable terminations and insulates connectors on splices up to 3.3 kV; GHW (heavy wall) tube gives mechanical protection and outer sealing on underground splices up to 36 kV. Cold Shrink Tube installs the same joint without a torch — factory-expanded onto a removable core.
Heat Shrink Busbar Sleeve insulates busbar systems up to 36 kV, protects against accidental flash-over and reduces air clearance; a separate extra-heavy-wall series (GEHB) extends that to 66 kV. Heat Shrink Tape insulates medium voltage busbar connections where tubing won't fit.
Overhead Line Cover and Overhead Line Tube in UV-resistant polyolefin, and Silicone Overhead Line Covers in non-tracking silicone, give retrofit Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground insulation on conductors against trees, birds and animals.
Creepage Extenders seal to porcelain or glass insulators to drive high leakage currents around the skirt edge and prevent pollution flashover. Bus/Bushing Connection Insulating Covers (GPFIC), in a UV-stable high-performance material, protect energised conductors and busbar from flashover due to contact from birds, squirrels and other wildlife.
