Cable Repair Wrap-Around Sleeve (Insulsleeve)
Insulsleeve is a cross-linked polyolefin sleeve that wraps around a cable or pipe, zips shut with a stainless steel channel, then heat shrinks — no need to cut the cable to install it.

Dimensions & Drawings
Because it wraps around rather than threading over the cable end, Insulsleeve repairs a jacket without disconnecting the cable or de-energising the system.
A temperature-sensitive paint changes colour once the heat-shrinking process is complete, confirming the seal visually during installation.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the outside diameter of the cable and choose the code whose "Cable OD" covers it. For example, GMRS-115 fits a cable of 40–85 mm. Where two ranges overlap, either code fits.
