Cold Shrink Tubing, Breakouts and End Caps — EPDM and Silicone

Factory-expanded EPDM cold-shrink tubing, breakouts and end caps — plus a silicone tubing variant — that install by pulling out a core rather than applying heat. The compounds are free of chloride and sulfur.

The cold-shrink range covers tubing, breakouts and an end cap, factory-expanded onto a removable core so they shrink into place without a torch. Tubing and breakouts are EPDM rubber; a separate cold-shrink tubing variant is silicone. There is no cold-shrink splice or joint in this range.

Tubing covers an 8 mm to 94 mm application range across seven diameters, seals inline connections and terminal lugs on cable up to 1.1 kV and conductors to 1000 sq mm, and operates from -40°C to 105°C. Tested to ANSI C119.1, ASTM D-412, ASTM D-624 / D-624C, ASTM G-21 and ASTM D149.
