Dimensions & Drawings
Bushing Boots are non-tracking elastomeric insulating boots used with terminations, fitting over switchgear bushings to insulate right-angled or straight connections up to 25 kV and protect against flashover or induced surges in switchgear and transformer boxes.
Reusable Insulating Boots suit PILC and XLPE cable terminations, giving the flexibility and dielectric strength needed between phase and phase and phase and ground, and are designed for disconnection and reuse — sealing the cable, cable lug and bushing against rodent ingress and high humidity.
