What does Gala make?
Heat-shrink and cold-shrink cable accessories and insulation: cable joints and terminations, end caps, busbar sleeves and shrouds, heat-shrink tubing, moulded shapes, overhead line covers, pole protection, pipe and duct sealing, and the tapes and components that go with them.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page carries the selection chart from Gala's current catalogue. Measure your cable (outside diameter, or conductor size in sq mm for joint and termination kits) and pick the code whose range covers it. If you are not sure, send the details through Technical support and an engineer will confirm the part.
Heat shrink or cold shrink: which should I use?
Heat-shrink parts are shrunk into place with a gas torch or hot-air gun and give a tough, tight fit across a wide size range. Cold-shrink parts need no heat and no tools: you pull out a spiral core and they contract onto the cable, which suits sites where an open flame is not allowed. Gala makes both; the product pages say which each item is.
Which certifications does Gala hold?
Gala's management systems are certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). Cable jointing and termination kits have been type tested at independent laboratories; the certificates page lists the documents.
Where can I download datasheets and catalogues?

Can I get a quote or a sample?
Yes. Send the product, quantity and your cable or busbar details with the enquiry form and the team will come back to you.
Do you supply outside India?
Yes. Gala exports through appointed agents and distributors, and works directly with electric utilities and OEMs.

Every process from compounding to dispatch is handled in-house, under the supervision of Gala's own experts, producing 30 million moulded parts and 9 million metres of tubing a year across a 550-strong team.
