GSOC field-installs over bare conductors with no special tool, giving phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground protection from bird and animal contact across four voltage classes: GSOC-M to 12 kV, GSOC-H/H3 to 36 kV, GSOC-EH to 765 kV.
Optional self-fusing silicone tape (63.5 mm x 0.76 mm) applies over the cover for added insulation; quantity depends on conductor size.
